Become a Member

Since designation as a PA Heritage Area in 2001, SGHA has helped advance heritage tourism and conservation initiatives throughout the Lancaster & York Counties with a special focus on the Susquehanna River. As a member of the Susquehanna Gateway Heritage Area, a 501(c)3 not for profit organization, your annual membership helps fund and support our programs, projects, and operations.

Individual: $30 

Under IRS guidelines, all benefits at this level are tax-deductible

Family: $50

Under IRS guidelines, all benefits at this level are tax-deductible

Patron or Non-Profit Partner: $100

Additional Benefits: Recognition on website
Under IRS guidelines, all benefits at this level are tax-deductible

Businesses are invited to join at the Pleasant Garden level or higher.

Pleasant Garden: $250

Additional Benefits: Patron level plus Zimmerman Center Pen & Ink Print
Under IRS guidelines, non-tax deductible benefits at this level are valued at $35.

Long Level: $500+

Additional Benefits: Pleasant Garden Level plus two tickets to annual River Experience event, personal tour of Zimmerman Center with light refreshments. Members are invited to bring guests along for the tour.

Under IRS guidelines, non-tax deductible benefits at this level are valued at $135.

Susquehanna: $1,000+

Additional Benefits: Long Level benefits plus two additional tickets (four total) to annual River Experience event.

Under IRS guidelines, non-tax deductible benefits at this level are valued at $235.

Pennsylvania: $2,500+

Additional Benefits: Susquehanna Level plus 50% discount on one-time rental of Zimmerman Center

Under IRS guidelines, non-tax deductible benefits at this level are valued at $485.
 

Zimmerman Circle: $5,000+

Benefits include recognition on website, Zimmerman Center Pen & Ink Print, Personal Tour of ZCH, eight tickets to annual River Experience Event, free one-time rental of ZCH, recognition on a plaque at the Zimmerman Center, invitation to attend SGHA annual Board reception.

York CVB Photo Contest
Jun 1, 2012 Now through June 30th, the York County Convention and Visitors Bureau invites talented local photographers to capture the charm and beauty of York County and share unique stories of the region. The Bureau is launching a photo contest for local photographers to submit their images that showcase York County as a destination.

WBSSRH Open House
Jun 10, 2012 The Washington Boro Society for Susquehanna River Heritage will host an open house at the Heritage Center on Blue Rock Road in Washington boro on June 10 from 1-4pm. The event includes exhibits and historical artifacts.
