This is a great place for your family, school, or business to gather together. With available tables and chairs as well as picnic tables on our deck, your group can mix and mingle for hours. Great for graduation parties, family picnics, and employee appreciation parties.

Business Meetings

Looking for a unique place to host your organization’s next meeting? Our tables and chairs can be arranged to accommodate meetings and conferences for up to fifty people. Audio/video equipment is available, a strong WIFI signal, and warming kitchen.

Daytime Peak-Season Surcharge: A non-negotiable fee of $150.00 is applied for private events held during visitor hours during our peak season months of May through September.

 

WEDDINGS

Look no further than Columbia Crossing for the perfect wedding. Our raised covered deck offers a picturesque backdrop of the Susquehanna River. Our modern interior boasts beautiful solid wood beams, stone walls, and many windows. Wedding packages are available for ceremonies, receptions or both. Ceremonies $300

All ceremony packages are for 3 hours and must end by 11:00 PM

Includes: setup and breakdown of up to 100 chairs inside or on the covered porch, inclement weather location, on-site staff member. Must decorate and clean-up within 3-hour rental time.

Reception $1200

Available from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Includes: use of entire facility, setup and breakdown of on-site tables and chairs, caterer of your choice, free parking and restrooms, on-site staff member.

Ceremony & Reception $1400

Available from 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Includes: use of entire facility, additional hour for ceremony, initial setup prior to event and breakdown of on-site tables and chairs, caterer of your choice, free parking and restrooms, on-site staff member.

 

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

All renters must purchase a liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $500,000 in bodily injury and $500,000 property damage. These policies are available as riders on homeowner’s insurance or directly through insurance companies. The minimum rental is two (2) hours long. OUR SERVICES

We want your event to flow as smoothly as possible, allowing you to enjoy the event. The space will be set up to your specifications. Our large warming kitchen is perfect for the caterer of your choice or you can bring your own food if you choose. Our staff will remain on site during your rental and be available to help direct guests to the party, set up extra tables/seating if necessary, and address other needs as they arise. We are here to make this simple!
