Ethan joined the staff at the Zimmerman Center for Heritage in the Summer of 2018 as a Visitor Services Representative. He enjoys learning more about the area and is very passionate about teaching history through art and objects. Ethan is finishing his master’s degree in Native American Studies from Montana State University focusing on Native American art as it has developed alongside settler communities in the mid-Atlantic region.

He worked with the museum curator and collections manager at the Cumberland County Historical Society and he is a staffed member at the Northern York County Historical & Preservation Society.  Ethan currently lives in Harrisburg and when he isn’t researching history you may see him cycling along the riverside                                                                   and throughout the Susquehanna River Valley.
