Leif is one of the Visitor Services Representatives at the Zimmerman Center for Heritage.  He is thrilled to be able to continue to share his passion for history with others by discussing the history of the Zimmerman Center and the surrounding region with visitors.  Leif holds a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s degree in Teaching and has worked as an educator for the past 12 years in Baltimore County, Maryland and York County, Pennsylvania.

In addition to his teaching career, Leif has worked as an interpretive park ranger at Hampton National Historic Site in Towson, Maryland where he grew up.  Leif enjoys taking day trips to visit historic sites and loves lacrosse, which he coaches in York County.
