Renovated by John and Kathryn Zimmerman in the 1990’s, this historic riverfront home dates to the mid-1700’s and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The Zimmermans graciously donated the property to SGHA in 2007, when was dedicated as the John & Kathryn Zimmerman Center for Heritage at Historic Pleasant Garden.
